Principle
The instrument generates heat through a quartz infrared heating tube, and uses radiation as the main method to heat and digest the sample. The temperature control system monitors and displays the actual temperature in real time, and automatically stops heating when the preset temperature is reached to achieve accurate temperature control. The digestion process is carried out in a sealed digestion tube, and the exhaust gas is sealed with polytetrafluoroethylene material.

Steps
1. Place the sample to be digested into the digestive tube.
2. Set the required digestion temperature.
3. Start the instrument to start heating and digestion.
4. The instrument automatically stops heating after reaching the set temperature, and the digestion process usually takes 60-90 minutes (the specific time depends on the sample volume).
5. After digestion is completed, the sample is removed for subsequent analysis.
Notice
* Power supply voltage is 220V 50Hz before use.
The digestion time should be adjusted according to the sample volume.
Please pay attention to the high temperature part of the instrument during operation to avoid burns.
* Please ensure that the exhaust gas sealing device is intact to prevent leakage.
