Overview
The HZLB KDN-20C digester is a sample pretreatment equipment that uses quartz infrared heating tube for efficient heating with radiation as the main method and conduction as the auxiliary method. The whole machine adopts special spray steel plate and stainless steel workbench, which has good corrosion resistance and multiple Safety protection, easy and fast operation, and can digest 20 samples at the same time.
Features
1. The quartz infrared heating tube is used, which is mainly based on radiation and supplemented by conduction, and the heating speed is fast and the efficiency is high.
2. The temperature controller directly displays the set temperature and the actual temperature, and automatically stops heating when the set temperature is reached.
3. The chassis of the whole machine adopts special spray steel plate, and the work surface adopts stainless steel, which has strong corrosion resistance.
4. Exhaust gas sealing is made of PTFE material, which is safe and reliable.
5. Double-decked shell design, including air insulation layer and aluminum silicate insulation layer, double insulation effect is good.

Principle
The digester generates heat through a quartz infrared heating tube, and heats the sample by radiant heat transfer and conduction heat transfer as a supplement. The instrument sets and monitors the temperature through a digital temperature controller. When the actual temperature reaches the set temperature, the system automatically stops heating to achieve precise control of the digestion process.

Steps
1. Place the sample to be digested into the digestive tube.
2. Set the required digestion temperature.
3. Start the instrument to start heating and digestion.
4. After the instrument reaches the set temperature, the heating is automatically stopped, and the digestion process is completed.
Notice
The digestion time is usually 60-90 minutes per batch, depending on the sample size.
* Power supply voltage is 220V 50Hz before use.
* Please pay attention to the power status of the instrument (1000w/1500w/2500w) when operating.
* Do not touch the heating part while the instrument is running to prevent burns.
* The waste sealing material is polytetrafluoroethylene, please use the specified material when replacing.
