HZLB GWJ-2 grain hardness gauge is a precision instrument for the measurement of grain, feed and other particle Hardness. It uses High Accuracy pressure sensor and LCD display, with intuitive and accurate readings, automatic latch, reset, cycle test and alarm functions, and supports Data storage and upload, easy operation and reliable measurement.

Principle
The instrument applies pressure to the measured particles (maximum diameter 18mm) by applying pressure manually. The High Accuracy pressure sensor senses pressure changes and converts the signal into an electrical signal, which is processed and displayed digitally on the LCD screen. The instrument automatically records and latches the Measured value. After completing one measurement, it can be automatically reset for the next cycle test.
