Overview
Intelligent whiteness analyzer (WSB-VI) is an instrument with full sealing design, which is suitable for various production site measurements. It uses semiconductor Illuminant, has a lifespan of up to 100,000 hours, and uses intelligent numerical processing algorithms to effectively solve the problems of large measurement deviation and poor accuracy caused by traditional linear calculation methods. The instrument is easy to operate, supports one-click zero correction and all-digital whiteboard calibrate, the calibrate parameters can be automatically saved, and the highly integrated hardware design and embedded Operating system, combined with fast digital filtering algorithm, can complete the measurement in two seconds.

Principle
The instrument uses the integrating sphere to realize the measurement of absolute Light spectrum diffuse reflectance. Optical inspection principle is: the blue rays of light emitted by the semiconductor Illuminant directly enter the integrating sphere, diffuse reflection on the inner wall of the sphere, and irradiate on the sample of the test port. Light spectrum reflected by the sample surface is received and converted into electrical signals by silicon Photocell, photovoltaic cell after condenser, light bar and color filter group; at the same time, another silicon Photocell, photovoltaic cell receives the substrate signal in the integrating sphere. After the two electrical signals are amplified, they are processed by the single-chip microcomputer, so as to realize the system functions of automatic zero correction, working whiteboard calibrating and sample testing, so that users can easily test the whiteness of various samples.

Steps
1. Turn it on and warm up.
2. Perform a one-click zero correction operation.
3. Use the working whiteboard for full digital calibration (calibrate parameters are automatically saved).
4. Place the sample to be tested (Sample size not less than 30 mm).
5. Start the measurement, and the instrument will display the result after about two seconds.
6. You can display the read data through the instrument, or connect the optional printer to print the results.

* Please make sure that the working Ambient Temperature is between 0-40 ℃ and the relative humidity is below 80% RH.
* Powered by AC (220 +/- 22) V, 50Hz power supply.
* Sample size should not be less than 30 mm to ensure coverage of 20 mm measurement aperture.
The printer is an optional accessory, and users can choose according to their needs.
