Overview
HZLB JYDX100 * 40 wheat hardness meter is a special testing equipment developed according to national and industry standards such as GB1354-2008 "Wheat" and GB/T21304-2007 "Wheat Hardness Determination Hardness Index Method". The instrument is mainly used to determine wheat Hardness, and the measurement results have a significant linear positive phase relationship with the wheat Hardness Index measured by the international general granularity index method (PSI method), and the correlation coefficient reaches 0.98.
Features
The results were highly correlated with the international general granularity index method (PSI method), with a correlation coefficient of 0.98.
2. Developed according to national and industry standards, in line with GB1354-2008 "Wheat", GB/T21304-2007 "Wheat Hardness Determination Hardness Index Method" and other standards.
3. The measurement accuracy is high, and the absolute error with the nominal value of the standard sample of wheat Hardness Index is not greater than 1.5.
Repeatability is good, and the Coefficient of Variation (CV) is not more than 2.4%.
Equipped with Power 180W, the rated output is 25g/batch, and the efficiency is stable.
Principle
The instrument works based on the principle that soft and hard wheat have different mechanical pulverization strengths. When the sample is pulverized under specified conditions, the harder-grained wheat is not easy to be pulverized into powder and will stay more on the sieve; while the softer-grained wheat is easy to be pulverized into powder and will pass more through the sieve. Hardness index of wheat can be obtained by calculating the ratio of the sample mass left on the sieve to the total mass of the sample.
Applications
Wheat Hardness Determination, Grain Mass Testing, Grain Processing Quality Analysis
Standards
GB 1354-2008 "Wheat", GB/T21304-2007 "Wheat Hardness Determination Hardness Index Method"
Steps
1. Prepare the wheat sample to be tested.
2. Place the sample into the instrument for crushing according to the specified conditions.
3. Collect and weigh the mass of the sample left on the screen after pulverization.
4. Calculate the ratio of the sample mass left on the screen to the total sample mass to obtain the wheat Hardness Index.
Notice
• Before use, please ensure that the instrument power supply is 220V, 50Hz, and meets the Rated voltage Frequency requirements.
• Please pay attention to safety when operating, the rated current of the instrument is 2.5A.
• Net weight 21.5kg, gross weight 32kg, need to pay attention when moving and installing.
• In order to ensure the accuracy of the determination, it is recommended to calibrate with the wheat Hardness Index standard sample before use.
• Please carry out sample determination according to the specified 25g/batch to ensure Reliability of results.
