Overview
AISRY ASR-5635 whiteness meter is an instrument used to measure the whiteness of the surface of the object. The measurement result is displayed through the LCD screen. The instrument is a special equipment for measuring the whiteness of the object. It is suitable for Spinning & weaving products, printing and dyeing, chemical fiber, plastic, porcelain clay, talc powder, white cement, Coating, paints, Pottery and porcelain, enamel, paper, pulp and other industries and departments to measure the whiteness of the product.
Features
1. Appearance of the instrument is novel and compact, and professional circuit design effectively ensures the Precision and Stability of measurement data.
2. The instrument simulates D65 illumination.
3. The instrument uses d/o illumination to observe the geometric conditions. The diameter of the diffusing ball is 150mm, the diameter of the test hole is 19mm, and a light absorber is equipped to eliminate the influence of the specular reflection of the sample.
4. The instrument has a power-off protection function, and the calibrated data will not be lost after power failure.
Principle
The whiteness meter adopts d/o illumination observation geometry conditions, and uses a diffuse sphere to simulate the illumination of the D65 illuminating body. The instrument measures the whiteness by measuring the reflection of blue light on the surface of the object (R457), and has a light absorber to eliminate the influence of the specular reflection of the sample to ensure the accuracy of the measurement results.

Steps
Connect the power supply (AC220V +/- 10%, 50Hz).
2. Place the sample to be tested on the test plane (requires the test plane to be ≥ φ 30mm, Film thickness ≤ 40mm).
3. According to the measurement requirements, select the corresponding measurement function (such as ISO whiteness, Lightness stimulus value, Opacity, etc.).
4. Start the measurement and the instrument will display the measurement result.
Notice
The instrument should be used under the specified power supply conditions (AC220V +/- 10%, 50HZ).
• Specimen size must meet the requirements: test plane diameter not less than 30 mm, Film thickness not more than 40 mm.
• Before use, make sure that the instrument has been calibrated, and note that its performance parameters such as zero drift, indication drift, Indication Error, Repeatability and mirror reflection error are within the specified range (such as ≤ 0.1% or ≤ 0.5%).
• Instrument should be properly placed, Dimension 250 * 310 * 400 mm, Net weight 15 kg.
