Overview
The AISRY ASR-563B paper tearing tester is a precision instrument for testing the tearing performance of materials. It is suitable for tearing tests of films, sheets, soft polyvinyl chloride (PVC), polyvinylidene chloride (PVDC), waterproof coils, woven materials, polyolefins, polyesters, paper, Cardboard, Spinning & weaving products and non-woven fabrics.
Features
1. Measurement range, covering 10~ 16000mN, minimum Graduation fine to 0.1mN.
2. High accuracy, Indication Error +/- 1%, indication variability ≤ 1%.
3. Precise control of key geometric dimensions, such as tear arm, tear initial angle, clip spacing, and specimen cut length.
4. Equipped with intuitive human-machine interaction interface and LCD screen.
5. Integrated modular integrated thermal printer, which can directly output test results.
Principle
The instrument uses a precise mechanical structure to fix the specimen in a fixture with a specific spacing and angle, and preforms a standard-length incision on the specimen. During the test, the instrument applies a force to tear the specimen along the incision. High Accuracy Sensor measures and records the maximum force required for the tearing process to evaluate the tear resistance performance of the material.
Applications
Films, flakes, soft polyvinyl chloride (PVC), polyvinylidene chloride (PVDC), waterproofing membranes, woven materials, polyolefins, polyesters, paper, Cardboard, Spinning & weaving, nonwovens
Standards
ISO6383、ISO1974、GB11999、GB/T455.1、GB/T445.2、ASTM D1922、ASTM D1424、ASTM D689、TAPPI T414
Steps
Make sure the instrument is turned on and preheated under standard working conditions (temperature 20 +/- 10 ° C, humidity < 85%).
2. Specimens of the specified size are prepared according to the test standard.
3. Install the specimen correctly in the paper holder to ensure that the incisions are aligned.
4. Set the test parameters and start the test through the human-machine interface.
5. The instrument automatically completes the tearing process and records the force data.
6. The test results can be output through the built-in thermal printer.
Notice
• Please use the instrument under the specified indoor environmental conditions (temperature 20 +/- 10 ℃, relative humidity < 85%).
Before use, please confirm that the power supply is 220V 50Hz and ensure that the ground is good.
• When installing the sample, ensure that the spacing of the paper clip and the length of the incision meet the standard requirements to ensure the accuracy of the test.
• Measurement accuracy is maintained by regularly calibrating and maintaining the instrument.
• Do not touch moving parts during operation, pay attention to safety.
