Overview
This machine is a large-scale electric width-adjusting Drop Tester of AISRY brand ASR-8520, which tests the specimen by free drop. The specimen can be dropped in three states: face, edge and corner, and the drop height can be preset and automatically positioned. The equipment can electrically adjust the distance between the test arms according to the product size.
Features
1. The test piece can freely choose three states of surface, edge and angle for dropping test.
2. The drop test height can be preset in advance, and the positioning will be automatically stopped after rising to the preset height.
3. The distance between the test arms can be electrically adjusted according to the size of the product.
4. The height is displayed digitally.
5. Provide push-button operation and can customize PLC touch screen control.
The baseplate is made of 16mm thick solid steel plate.
7. The power supply supports AC380V, 50Hz, and a 220V power supply can be modified according to requirements.
Principle
The device lifts the specimen to a preset drop height and then releases it, causing the specimen to fall freely on the baseplate, thereby simulating the drop impact that the product may encounter during transportation and handling to evaluate its anti-Impact performance. Drop height, angle and specimen attitude can be preset.

Steps
1. According to the size of the specimen, electrically adjust the test support arm to the appropriate spacing.
2. Place the specimen on the test support arm and select the drop state (face, edge, or corner).
3. Preset the required drop height through the operation panel.
4. Start the device, and the specimen will automatically rise to the preset height and stop positioning.
5. Trigger the release mechanism, and the specimen falls freely on the baseplate.
6. Examine the specimen and record the test results.
Notice
• Please ensure that the weight of the test piece is within the nominal test load range of the equipment (such as 0-70Kg, 0-100Kg, etc.).
• The maximum size of the specimen should not exceed 1200 * 1500 * 2000mm.
• Before operation, please confirm that the Power supply voltage (AC380V) meets the requirements, or the corresponding modification has been completed.
• The drop height has an error of +/- 10mm, and the angle error is less than or equal to 5 °. Please consider this in the test.
• Please pay attention to safety during operation and avoid moving parts when the equipment is running.
• Regularly check whether all parts of the equipment are in good condition to ensure test accuracy and safety.
