Overview
AISRY ASR-600 carton Compressive tester is a basic instrument used to detect the compressive strength performance of corrugated boxes and belongs to Encasement testing equipment. It is suitable for compressive strength test, standard test and stacking strength test of all kinds of corrugated boxes.
Features
1. After the test is completed, it has an automatic return function, which can automatically determine the crushing force and save the test data.
2. Provide three adjustable speeds, using an all-Chinese LCD display operation interface, and support a variety of unit options.
3. You can enter relevant data and automatically convert the compressive strength, with its own Encasement stacking test function; you can directly set the force and time, and automatically stop after the test is completed.
4. It has three working modes: strength test (measurement of the maximum pressure resistance of the box), fixed value test (testing the overall performance of the box according to the set pressure), and stacking test (stacking test under different conditions such as 12 hours and 24 hours according to the national standard).
5. Using 32-bit embedded processing chip, the instruction cycle is fast; Strain Measurement accuracy > 4, resolution > 20000 yards.
6. Use software coefficients to calibrate files to effectively correct Sensor linearity.

8. The display uses a 192 × 64 dot matrix large-screen monochrome LCD, providing rich information display.

11. At the end of the test, the maximum power during the test can be automatically displayed and memorized.

Principle
The testing machine drives the AC variable frequency motor and the High Accuracy ball screw through the microcomputer control system, so that the pressure plate applies pressure to the corrugated box sample. The system monitors the force and displacement in real time through the High Accuracy Sensor and the 4-fold frequency photoelectric encoder, and tests according to the set test mode (such as strength, fixed value or stacking code), and automatically judges and records the data.

Steps
1. Select the working mode according to the test requirements (strength test, fixed value test or stacking test).
2. Set relevant parameters such as speed, power, time, etc. through the full Chinese LCD operation interface.
3. Place the corrugated box specimen between the platens.
4. Start the test, and the equipment will run automatically and apply pressure.
5. After the test is completed, the equipment will automatically shut down and reset, and the test data will be displayed and saved.
Notice
• Please ensure that the power supply is AC220V/50HZ~ 60HZ before use.
• Pay attention to the safety devices of the machine, such as overload protection and limit protection devices.
Do not touch moving parts during the test.
• Emergency stop button can be used in case of emergency.
Equipment weight of about 350KG, handling and installation should pay attention to safety.
