Overview
The OSP D-Bar coating rod is a precision Spreader tool made by extrusion process, model 22umφ 10mm L500mm. It is specially designed to replace the traditional steel wire coating bar, and can precisely control the wet film thickness, up to 1.5 μm, to achieve ultra-thin Spreader. The product is made of 304 stainless steel, with chrome plating on the surface, a total length of 500mm, an effective application width of 500mm, and a main rod diameter of 10mm.

Principle
The D-Bar coating rod precisely controls the wet film thickness by adjusting and scraping off the excess liquid by using its specially designed groove structure when Spreader liquid on the surface of the substrate. The formed production process ensures the uniformity and accuracy of Spreader.
