Overview
The AISRY ASR-8522 clamping test machine is mainly used to evaluate the ability of product Encasement to withstand forklift clamping pressure during loading and unloading in warehouses, trucks or trains, so as to determine product damage. Tests can be customized according to ASTM D6055, American Standard, SEARS Standard, Enterprise Standard or customer-specified non-standard requirements.
Features
The clamping pressure is adjustable, covering a range of 400 to 300 lb, to meet different testing requirements.
2. The size of the clamping plate is wide (1200mm x 1200mm), and the splint has a wide range of telescopic width (200-2000mm), which is suitable for a variety of Encasement sizes.
3. The height of the clamping plate is adjustable (0-1000mm), and the lifting speed is adjustable (10-500mm/min), providing high flexibility.
4. Using Japanese Panasonic servo motor drive, smooth and accurate operation.
5. Equipped with a manual operating lever, it can simulate the actual operation of the forklift (clamping, opening, raising, lowering), and the test process is closer to the real scene.
6. Built-in leakage protection and limiting device for high safety.
Principle
The device is controlled by a manual lever to simulate the loading and unloading action of a forklift, and drives the clamping plate to apply an adjustable horizontal clamping pressure to the parallel hexahedral transportation Encasement. By measuring the deformation of the Encasement under pressure, the structural strength and the protection ability of the contents are evaluated, so as to provide a basis for improving the design of Encasement.

Steps
1. Encasement to be tested is placed on the device baseplate.
2. According to the test requirements, adjust the clamping plate to the appropriate height and width through the operating rod.
3. Set the required clamping pressure value.
4. Control the clamping plate to apply pressure to the Encasement through the operating lever to simulate the clamping process.
5. Observe and record the deformation of the Encasement.
6. After the test is completed, the lever controls the clamp plate to open and reset.
Notice
* Before testing, please confirm that the weight of the Encasement does not exceed the maximum load-bearing capacity of the equipment 100kg.
* Please make sure that your hands are away from the movement area of the pinch plate during operation to prevent pinch injuries.
When the equipment is running, do not perform any maintenance or adjustment.
Regularly check whether the leakage protection and limit devices of the equipment are normal and effective.
Non-professional personnel should not disassemble or modify the equipment.
