Overview
The AISRY ASR-8516 single-wing drop tester is designed to test the damage of the product Encasement when it is dropped and evaluate its impact resistance during transportation and handling. The machine adopts a single-arm double-column structure, is equipped with a digital height display and a height tracking system, which can perform free drop tests on the faces, corners and edges of Encasement parts.
Features
1. Encasement parts of the face, corner, edge for free dropping test.
Equipped with a digital height display and a decoder for height tracking, the drop height error should not exceed 2% or 10mm.
3. Adopt single-arm double-column structure, with electric reset, electronically controlled drop and electric lifting device, easy to use.
4. Equipped with a buffer device, it enhances the service life, stability and safety of the machine.
5. Single-arm setting for easy placement of products.
Principle
The machine lifts the test sample to a preset height through an electric lifting device, and then makes it fall freely through an electronically controlled release device, hitting the solid iron plate plane at the bottom. Impact resistance of the Encasement is judged by evaluating the damage of the sample after falling.
Applications
Product Encasement Transportation Impact Strength Test
Standards
ISO2248、JISZ0202-87、GB/T4857.5-92
Steps
1. Place the product to be tested in the working area of the testing machine.
2. Set the required drop height through the control panel.
3. Use the electric lifting device to lift the product to the preset height.
4. Select the drop method (face, corner, edge).
5. Start the electronically controlled drop device to enable the product to fall freely.
6. After the test is completed, use the electric reset function to reset the device.
7. Remove the sample and evaluate its damage.
Notice
• Please ensure that the machine is installed on a stable and solid ground before use.
• Check whether the power supply meets the requirements before operation (three-phase four-wire + protective ground wire, AC 380V +/- 38V).
• Ensure that the working environment temperature is within the range of 5 ° C to + 28 ° C, and the average temperature within 24 hours is ≤ 28 ° C.
• Working environment relative humidity should be ≤ 85% RH.
Do not exceed the maximum test load of 80kg and the maximum size limit of the specimen (1000 * 800 * 1000mm).
During a fall, do not place any part of your body below the falling area.
• Regularly check whether the components of the equipment are tight and whether the buffer device is effective.
• Non-professional personnel should not disassemble or repair this equipment.
