Overview
AISRY ASR-5024 Vibration Tester is a test equipment for simulating the damage caused by vibration force during transportation of various Encasement items, PC boards, electrical products, etc. The test results can be used as a reference for designing Encasement.

Principle
The device is driven by a motor to generate vibration of a specific frequency and amplitude on the work surface, simulating the vibration environment experienced by the product during transportation to test the tolerance of the Encasement or the product itself under vibration conditions.

Steps
1. Place the items to be tested on the workbench and use the slide rail structure for reliable clamping.
2. Set the required vibration frequency and test time.
3. Start the device and start the simulated vibration test.
4. After the test is completed, the device automatically stops and the sample is removed for evaluation.
Notice
• Please ensure that the power supply is AC220V and check the line safety.
• When placing the sample, ensure that the clamping is firm to prevent peeling during the test.
• Do not touch moving parts during operation of the equipment.
Do not exceed the maximum load limit of the equipment (100kg).
• Regularly check whether all components of the equipment are normal.
• Non-professionals should not disassemble or repair the equipment.
