Principle
The instrument is based on the national standard "GB/T3682-2000 Thermal plasticity Plastics Determination of melt mass flow rate and melt volume flow rate", adopts high performance, High Accuracy control instrument, and conducts thermostatic control through fuzzy PID algorithm to determine the melt mass flow rate (MFR) or melt volume flow rate (MVR) of thermal plasticity plastics under specified conditions.

Applicable to polycarbonic acid ester, polyaryl sulfone, fluoroplastics, nylon and other engineering plastics, as well as polyethylene (PE) (PE), polystyrene (PS), polypropylene (PP) (PP), ABS Resin, polyformaldehyde (POM), polycarbonic acid ester (PC) Resin and other low melting temperature plastic testing.

Steps
1. Turn it on and set the test parameters (or use the last test conditions).
2, wait for the heating cylinder to heat up to the set temperature and thermostatic.
3. Add the test materials.
4. Activate the four-minute countdown function.
5. According to the test requirements, choose manual or automatic cutting methods.
6. The instrument automatically calculates and displays the test results.
7. Output test results through a printer (or connect to a computer to output data through an RS232 interface).
Notice
If you need to test temperatures up to 450 to 500 degrees or highly corrosive plastics (such as all-fluoroplastics), special instructions are required when ordering.
* Stainless steel weight and volume measurement functions are optional.
* Power supply voltage within (220-15%~ 220 + 10%) VAC 50Hz before use.
