Overview
AISRY ASR-5607 Simply Supported Beam Impact Tester is mainly used for the determination of Impact toughness of Non-metallic materials such as rigid plastics, reinforced nylon, frp, Pottery and porcelain, cast stone, electrical insulation materials, etc. The equipment is a satisfactory testing equipment for the chemical industry, R & D institutions, Universities & colleges and mass testing departments.
Features
1. Using microcomputer technology, it is an intelligent digital display Impact Tester that can automatically correct the energy loss caused by friction and wind resistance, getting rid of the way of relying on numerical charts for correction. The detection of the remaining energy of the pendulum after the sample is broken and the correction of the energy loss are completed in one impact process.
2. Using electronic display test results, the reading is intuitive, which improves the accuracy and Precision of the Impact Machine.
3. The swirl/spin encoder circular grating angle measurement technology is adopted, which has the advantages of high accuracy, good Stability and large Measurement range. Digital display of thrusting energy, Impact strength, pre-lift angle, lift angle, average value, and automatic correction of energy loss.
Principle
The testing machine obtains potential energy through the pendulum lift angle to a predetermined height, releases the impact sample, uses swirl/spin encoder circular grating angle measurement technology to accurately measure the angle change before and after the pendulum Impact, and the microcomputer system automatically calculates and corrects the friction and wind resistance. The final digital output of thrust energy, Impact strength and other results.
Applications
Chemical industry, R & D institutions, Universities & colleges, mass testing departments
Standards
ISO 179、GB/T 1043、JB/T 8762
Steps
1. Select the appropriate pendulum energy and jaw support spacing according to the sample.
2. Place the sample correctly on the jaw support.
3. Raise the pendulum angle to a predetermined position of 150 degrees.
4. Release the pendulum Impact sample.
5. Read the automatically calculated and corrected thrusting energy, Impact strength and other data on the electronic display screen.
Notice
• When booking, clearly state the required pendulum energy specification (5J, 7.5J, 15J, 25J or 50J).
• Before use, ensure that the equipment is firmly installed and there are no obstacles within the range of motion of the pendulum.
• According to the sample size and standard requirements, correctly select and set the jaw support spacing (40mm, 60mm, 70mm or 95mm).
• Regularly check whether the rounded radius of the Impact blade and the supporting blade meets the regulations (Impact blade R = 0.5mm, supporting blade R = 1mm) to ensure that they are in good condition.
• During the operation, it is strictly forbidden to stand or place any items within the swing range of the pendulum to prevent danger.
