Overview
The AISRY needle flame tester model ASR-4323 is suitable for evaluating the small flame ignition risk of electrical and electronic equipment and its components, assemblies, as well as solid combustible materials such as insulating materials and engineering plastics under fault conditions.
Features
1, combustion tank and main mechanical parts made of stainless steel, flue gas corrosion resistance, exquisite shape.
2. Degree of automation of the control system is high, and the key components are imported.
3. With digital display time, three-dimensional adjustable fixture, automatic control test program, and independent ventilation system, it is convenient to observe and record.
4, the test chamber shell and important parts of stainless steel, smoke, gas corrosion.
5. The control system is equipped with an automatic ignition function, temperature and time digital display, ensuring stable and reliable operation.
Principle
The instrument uses a needle-shaped combustion device of the specified size (φ 0.9mm), and a specific gas (butane) is used to apply a flame to the sample at a regular orientation angle of 45 °. The ignition risk of small flames caused by fault conditions inside the equipment is assessed by observing whether the sample is ignited, the ignition time and the combustion length.
Applications
Lighting, low voltage electrical appliances, household appliances, machine tool appliances, motors, power tools, electronic instruments, electrical instrumentation, information technology equipment, electrical service equipment, electrical connectors and accessories and other electrical and electronic equipment and its components and components Research, production and Quality control departments, insulation materials, engineering plastics, other solid combustible materials industry
Standards
GB4706.1、GB5169.5-2008、IEC60695-2-2、IEC60695-11-5
Steps
1. Prepare the sample and ignition paving layer (white pine board covered with standard silk paper).
2. Place the sample and cushion in the test chamber as required.
3. Adjust the needle combustion device to the vertical position, measure and adjust the flame height to 12mm +/- 1mm.
4. Tilt the combustion device to a 45 ° angle to align the sample.
5. Set and start the flame application time (usually 30 seconds).
6. Automatic ignition and start the test.
7. The instrument automatically records the ignition time and observes whether the sample ignites and the combustion situation.
8. After the test, start the independent ventilation system.
Notice
• Please ensure that the gas source is the specified 95% butane gas or propane gas before use.
Flame height must be precisely adjusted to the standard requirement of 12mm +/- 1mm.
• The ignition paving layer should be placed in strict accordance with the standard requirements (10mm thick white pine board, covered with 12~ 30g/m ² standard silk paper, located 200mm +/- 5mm below the flame application).
The test should be conducted in a black background test space (≥ 0.5m ³).
• Pay attention to the correct installation and use of Thermocouple (K-type insulated armored couple, φ 0.5mm).
Do not come into direct contact with high-temperature components during the test.
• After the test, it should be ventilated in time to ensure safety.
• The power requirements are 220V/AC, 50Hz, please make sure the power supply matches.
