Overview
The AISRY ASR-600 Home Appliance Stability Test Bench is a test device that meets the requirements of relevant international and national standards and is specially designed to evaluate the mechanical Stability of home appliances and similar appliances. The device consists of a work surface and an angle adjustment device. It is suitable for products such as refrigerators, washing machines, air conditioners, etc. Its stability performance is assessed by placing the sample on the table and tilting it at different angles.
Features
1. The countertop is made of good lame plating steel plate with a diameter of 600mm.
2. Wide angle adjustment range, capable of testing between 0 and 30 degrees.
3. Strong carrying capacity, with a maximum load of 50kg.
4. Provide manual and electric swirl/spin methods, and the electric swirl/spin speed is 1rpm.
Principle
The test bench tilts the work surface carrying the test sample within the range of 0-30 ° through its angle adjustment device. The home appliance sample to be tested is placed on the table surface, and the table surface swirl/spin is driven manually or electrically and tilted to a specific angle to simulate the non-horizontal state that the product may encounter in actual use, so as to assess whether it will tip over or shift and evaluate its mechanical Stability.
Applications
Home appliances such as refrigerators, washing machines, air conditioners and similar electrical appliances or Miscellaneous products
Standards
GB4706-1 Article 20.1, IEC 60335-1 Article 20.1
Steps
1. Place the test sample smoothly on the workbench of the experimental bench.
2. According to the test requirements, choose manual or electric swirling/spinning mode.
3. Activate the angle adjustment device to tilt the table to the desired test angle (within the range of 0-30 °).
4. Observe and record the Stability of the sample in the tilted state.
Notice
• Before testing, make sure that the total weight of the sample does not exceed the maximum bearing capacity of the equipment 50kg.
• During operation, ensure that the sample is placed smoothly on the table to prevent accidental slippage.
• Select the appropriate tilt angle and swirl/spin speed according to the test standard requirements.
• Regularly check the mechanical structure and electrical parts of the equipment to ensure safe and reliable operation.
