Overview
AISRY ASR-800 Home Appliance Stability Test Bench is a special equipment for testing the mechanical stability of home appliances and similar electrical products. It meets the requirements of GB4706-1 Article 20.1, IEC60335-1 Article 20.1 and other standards. The test sample is placed on a tiltable table to simulate the tilt state at different angles to assess the product Stability.
Features
1. The countertop is made of good lame plating steel plate with a diameter of 800mm.
2. Wide range of tilt angle adjustment, up to 0-30 °.
3. Strong carrying capacity, with a maximum load of 80kg.
4. Provide manual or electric swirl/spin options, electric swirl/spin speed of about 1 rpm.
Principle
The test table is composed of a work table and an angle adjustment device. During the test, the sample is placed on the table, and the table is tilted to a predetermined angle by the angle adjustment device to simulate the state of the product on a non-horizontal surface, so as to evaluate whether it will be dumped or displaced to inspect its mechanical stability performance.
Applications
Home appliances such as refrigerators, washing machines, air conditioners and similar electrical appliances or Miscellaneous products
Standards
GB4706-1 Article 20.1, IEC 60335-1 Article 20.1
Steps
1. Place the sample to be tested (e.g. refrigerator, washing machine, etc.) in the center of the test bench.
2. According to the test requirements, adjust the angle device manually or electrically to tilt the table to the desired angle (within the range of 0-30 °).
3. Observe and record the Stability of the sample in the tilted state to check for dumping or slipping.
4. After the test is completed, return the countertop to the horizontal position and remove the sample.
Notice
• Please ensure that the total weight of the test sample does not exceed the rated load capacity of 80kg.
When adjusting the tilt angle, ensure that the sample is placed firmly and operated smoothly to prevent accidental slippage.
During the test, personnel should maintain a safe distance from the test bench, especially when the bench is tilted.
• Regularly check the countertop and angle adjustment device to ensure that it functions properly and the connection is tight.
