Overview
AISRY ASR-1000 Home Appliance Stability Test Bench is a special equipment used to test the mechanical stability of home appliances and similar appliances. It meets the requirements of GB4706-1 and IEC60335-1 standards, and mainly consists of a work table and an angle adjustment device. Stability of products is assessed by placing test samples on the table and tilting them to different angles.
Features
1. The countertop is made of good lame plating steel plate with a diameter of 1000mm.
2. Wide tilt angle adjustment range, up to 0-30 °.
3. Strong carrying capacity, with a maximum load of 120kg.
4. Provide manual and electric swirl/spin options, electric swirl/spin speed of about 1rpm.
Principle
The test table is precisely tilted within the range of 0 to 30 degrees by its angle adjustment device. The tested samples such as refrigerators and washing machines are placed on the table to simulate the tilt state they may encounter in actual use, so as to evaluate the mechanical stability performance of the product on the non-horizontal surface and prevent tipping.
Applications
Refrigerators, washing machines, air conditioners and other household appliances and similar appliances or Miscellaneous products that require a Stability Test.
Standards
GB4706-1 Article 20.1, IEC 60335-1 Article 20.1
Steps
1. Place the home appliance samples (such as refrigerators and washing machines) to be tested smoothly in the center of the test bench.
2. According to the test requirements, adjust the angle device manually or electrically to tilt the table to the desired angle (within the range of 0-30 °).
3. Observe and record the Stability of the sample in the tilted state to check for slippage or tipping.
4. After the test is completed, return the countertop to the horizontal position and remove the sample.
Notice
• Before placing samples, make sure the countertop is clean and flat.
• Sample placement should ensure that the center of gravity is located in the center area of the countertop to prevent accidental slippage during testing.
• Do not exceed the maximum load weight 120kg.
When adjusting the angle, the operation should be smooth and avoid sharp movements.
During the test, personnel should maintain a safe distance from the equipment to prevent injuries caused by sample dumping.
• Regularly check whether the connecting parts of the equipment are fastened and whether the angle adjustment mechanism is running smoothly.
