Overview
This device is an AISRY brand ASR-1200 model home appliance Stability test bench, which meets the requirements of GB4706-1 Article 20.1, IEC60335-1 Article 20.1 and other standards. The device consists of a work table and an angle adjustment device, which is suitable for refrigerators, washing machines, air conditioners and other home appliances and similar electrical appliances. The test samples are placed on the table and tilted at different angles to assess their mechanical stability performance.
Features
The table has a diameter of 1200mm, providing ample testing space.
2. The countertop is made of good lame plating steel plate, which is sturdy and durable.
3. The angle adjustment range is 0-15 °, meeting the relevant standard test requirements.
4. Strong load-bearing capacity, up to 80kg.
5. The swirl/spin mode is manual, and the operation is intuitive and easy.
Principle
By manually adjusting its angle adjustment device, the test bench makes the working surface carrying the test sample tilt within the range of 0-15 °. The home appliances to be tested (such as refrigerators, washing machines, etc.) are placed on the table, and the mechanical Stability of the product on the non-horizontal surface is tested and evaluated by simulating the state under different tilt angles to determine whether it will tip or slide.
Applications
Stability testing of appliances such as refrigerators, washing machines, air conditioners and similar appliances or Miscellaneous products
Standards
GB4706-1 Article 20.1, IEC 60335-1 Article 20.1
Steps
1. Place the home appliance sample to be tested smoothly in the center of the test bench.
2. Manually operate the angle adjustment device to slowly tilt the table to the desired test angle (within the range of 0-15 °).
3. Observe and record the Stability of the sample in the tilted state to check for dumping or significant displacement.
4. After the test is completed, return the countertop to the horizontal position and remove the test sample.
Notice
• Please ensure that the total weight of the test sample does not exceed the equipment's nominal carrying capacity of 80kg.
When placing the sample, ensure that its center of gravity is stable to avoid the initial state instability affecting the test results.
• When manually adjusting the tilt angle, the action should be slow and smooth to prevent the sample from accidentally slipping due to sudden tilt.
During the test, the operator should pay attention to safety and avoid standing in the direction where the sample may be dumped.
Equipment should be kept clean after use, and the integrity of the countertop and adjustment device should be checked regularly.
