Overview
The device is a flame retardant test chamber for AISRY brand ASR-4322 automotive interior materials, which is composed of a control box, a combustion box, a combustion lamp, a solenoid valve, a high voltage igniter, a test fixture, a gas pipe and a signal control line. It is used to evaluate the flame retardant performance of automotive interior materials.
Features
1. The combustion time can be adjusted in a wide range (0~ 99.99 seconds/min/hour).
2. Equipped with standard size combustion hood (length 385mm, depth 204mm, height 360mm).
3. Use a specific specification of gas lamp nozzle (inner diameter 9.5mm).
4. The position of the nozzle mouth is accurate, and the center is 19mm below the center of the free end of the sample.
5. Equipped with a metal comb that meets the requirements (at least 110mm in length, with 7 to 8 smooth teeth per 25mm).
6. Equipped with steel plate ruler with accuracy of 1mm.
7. Use liquefied gas as gas (you need to bring your own).
8. Power supply voltage is 220V/50Hz.
Principle
The device sets the combustion time through the control box, ignites the combustion lamp to produce a standard flame, and conducts combustion tests on the samples of automotive interior materials installed on the test fixture. By observing and measuring the combustion behavior of the material, its flame retardant performance is evaluated.

Steps
1. Connect the power supply (220V/50Hz) and gas (self-provided liquefied gas).
2. Install the specimen on the specimen fixture.
3. Set the required combustion time through the control box.
4. Start the equipment, the high voltage igniter ignites the combustion lamp.
5. The flame burns the sample through the gas lamp nozzle.
6. After combustion, use tools such as metal combs and steel plate rulers to evaluate the results.
Notice
• Gas (liquefied gas) needs to be brought by the user and used safely.
• When operating, ensure that the equipment is well grounded and away from flammable and explosive items.
• Non-professionals should not disassemble or modify the internal structure of the equipment.
• Regularly check gas lines and electrical circuits to prevent leakage or aging.
• After the test, please turn off the gas and power in time.
