Overview
The instrument is designed by absorbing the advantages of domestic and foreign similar instruments. Its appearance is beautiful and elegant, and it is easy to operate. The microcomputer system adopts two counting methods, which are intuitive and generous, easy to set, and eight stations are tested at the same time to improve the test efficiency. The instrument also has two Lissajous 24mmx24mm, 60.5mmx60.5mm motion trajectories and a variety of supporting accessories, which can adapt to a variety of test method standards.
Features
1. Beautiful appearance and easy operation.
2. The microcomputer system uses two counting methods (predictive counting and cumulative counting), which are intuitive and easy to set up.
3. Eight stations are tested simultaneously to improve test efficiency.
There are two Lissajous motion trajectories (24mm x 24mm, 60.5mm x 60.5mm).
5. Equipped with a variety of supporting accessories, it can adapt to a variety of test method standards.
Principle
The instrument generates relative motion between the gripper and the grinding table, so that the sample is rubbed against the standard friction material (such as wool felt, test cotton cloth) under the specified pressure. The abrasion process in actual use is simulated by the preset motion trajectory (Lisaru graphic) and the number of times to evaluate the pilling degree or wear resistance of the fabric.
Applications
Fabric pilling test, fabric wear resistance performance test
Standards
GB/T4802.2、ASTM D4970、ISO12945-2、GB/T13775、ASTM D4966、ISO12947
Steps
1. Select the corresponding motion trajectory, friction head, weight and sample weight according to the test criteria.
2. Install the specimen in the holder and apply the specified pressure.
3. Install the standard friction material on the grinding table.
4. Set the required number of tests (estimated count) on the microcomputer system.
5. Start the instrument and start the test.
6. After the test reaches the set number of times, it automatically stops, records the cumulative count and observes the abrasion of the sample.
Notice
The instrument should be placed on a stable working table and grounded reliably.
• Power supply voltage is AC 220V 50Hz before use.
• According to different test standards, correctly select the motion trajectory, friction head, weight block and sample weight.
When installing specimens and friction materials, ensure that they are flat and tight to avoid loosening during testing.
• Regularly check the abrasion of wool felt, test cotton and other consumables, and replace them in time to ensure the accuracy of the test.
• Do not touch moving parts while the instrument is running.
Before cleaning and maintenance, be sure to cut off the power supply.
