Overview
The instrument is an AISRY brand Martindale Wear resistance tester, model ARS-101-6Z. It is designed by absorbing the advantages of similar instruments at home and abroad, with a beautiful appearance and easy operation. The microcomputer system adopts two counting methods, which are intuitive and convenient, and has eight stations for simultaneous testing, which effectively improves the test efficiency. The instrument also provides two Lissajous motion trajectories and a variety of supporting accessories, which can adapt to a variety of test method standards.
Features
1. Beautiful appearance and easy operation.
2. The microcomputer system uses two counting methods (predictive counting and cumulative counting), which are intuitive and easy to set up.
3. Eight stations can be tested simultaneously, significantly improving the efficiency of the test.
4. Equipped with 24mmx24mm and 60.5mmx60.5mm Lissajous motion trajectories.
5. Equipped with a variety of supporting accessories, it can adapt to a variety of test method standards.
Principle
The testing machine simulates the abrasion of the fabric during the friction process by driving the gripper to generate relative motion with the grinding table. The specimen rubs against the standard abrasive under the set Lisaru motion trajectory. The number of frictions (expected count and cumulative count) is precisely controlled by the microcomputer system, and the specified pressure is applied by different weights and mass blocks (such as clothing sample weight, furniture decoration sample weight, pressing bell, etc.) to evaluate the wear resistance of the fabric or the degree of pilling.
Applications
Fabric wear resistance performance test, fabric pilling degree test
Standards
GB/T4802.2、ASTM D4970、ISO12945-2、GB/T13775、ASTM D4966、ISO12947
Steps
1. Select the appropriate Lisaru motion trajectory (24mmx24mm or 60.5mmx60.5mm) and supporting accessories (such as weight, friction head) according to the test criteria.
2. Install the sample and standard abrasive to the corresponding gripper and grinding table respectively.
3. Set the required number of frictions (estimated count) on the microcomputer system.
4. Start the instrument and start the friction test at the eight stations simultaneously.
5. The instrument runs, automatically stops after reaching the set number of times, or observes the process through cumulative counting.
6. After the test, remove the sample and evaluate its wear resistance or pilling degree according to the corresponding standards.
Notice
• Power supply voltage of the instrument is AC 220V 50Hz, please make sure the power supply matches.
• When installing the sample and abrasive, ensure that it is flat and firm to avoid affecting the test results.
• Correctly select the motion trajectory, weight mass and friction head type according to the test criteria.
• Regularly check and replace consumables such as wool felt and test cotton.
• The instrument weight is 100kg, and safety should be paid attention to when handling and placing.
Be familiar with relevant safety regulations and standards before operation.
