Overview
The instrument is designed by absorbing the advantages of similar domestic and foreign instruments. Its appearance is beautiful and easy to operate. The microcomputer system adopts two counting methods, which are intuitive and generous, easy to set, and eight stations are tested at the same time to improve the test efficiency. The instrument is also equipped with two Lissajous 24mmx24mm, 60.5mmx60.5mm motion trajectories and a variety of supporting accessories, which can adapt to a variety of test method standards.
Features
1. Beautiful appearance and easy operation.
2. The microcomputer system uses two counting methods (predictive counting and cumulative counting), which are intuitive and easy to set up.
3. Eight stations can be tested simultaneously, effectively improving the testing efficiency.
4. Equipped with two Lissajous motion trajectories (24mm x 24mm, 60.5mm x 60.5mm) and a variety of supporting accessories, it can adapt to a variety of test method standards.
Principle
The instrument generates relative motion between the gripper and the grinding table by driving the specimen to rub against standard abrasives (e.g. wool felt, test cotton cloth) or itself under a specified pressure. The wear resistance or pilling resistance of the fabric is evaluated by setting or accumulating the number of friction times and observing changes in the surface state of the specimen (e.g. fluffing, pilling, or abrasion).
Applications
Fabric wear resistance test, fabric pilling degree test
Standards
GB/T4802.2、ASTM D4970、ISO12945-2、GB/T13775、ASTM D4966、ISO12947
Steps
1. Select the corresponding motion trajectory (24mm x 24mm or 60.5mm x 60.5mm), friction head (type A or B) and accessories (such as heavy hammer) according to the test criteria.
2. Install the sample and standard abrasives (e.g. wool felt, test cotton cloth) to the holder and the grinding table respectively.
3. Set the expected number of frictions required through the microcomputer system.
4. Start the instrument and start the test.
5. After the test reaches the set number of times, it will automatically stop, observe and record the surface state of the sample (fluffing, pilling or abrasion).
6. Record the final value of the cumulative counter.
Notice
• Power supply voltage of the instrument is AC 220V 50Hz, please make sure the power supply matches.
• When installing the sample and abrasive, ensure that it is flat and tight to avoid loosening during the test.
• According to different test standards, correctly select the corresponding weight mass, friction head type and motion trajectory.
• Regularly check and replace consumables such as wool felt and test cotton cloth to ensure the accuracy of test results.
• The instrument weight is 100kg, and safety should be paid attention to when handling and placing.
Be familiar with relevant safety regulations and testing standards before operation.
