Overview
The AISRY ASR-MFY-02 vacuum sealing performance tester is suitable for the sealing test of Encasement bags, bottles, tubes, cans, boxes, etc. in the food, medical apparatus, daily chemical, automobile, electronic components, stationery and other industries. It can also be used for the sealing performance test of the specimen after the drop and pressure test. The instrument uses the vacuum chamber to vacuum the sample immersed in water to produce an internal and external pressure difference, observe the internal gas escape of the test sample, or make the sample produce an internal and external pressure difference, observe the shape recovery after the test sample expands and releases the vacuum, so as to determine the sealing performance of the sample.

Principle
The working principle of the tester is that by vacuuming the vacuum chamber, the sample immersed in water generates an internal and external pressure difference, and the internal gas escape situation of the test sample is observed, so as to determine the sealing performance of the sample; or by vacuuming the vacuum chamber, the sample generates an internal and external pressure difference, and the sample shape is restored after the test sample expands and releases the vacuum, so as to determine the sealing performance of the sample.
