Overview
Impact Tester ASR-2000A is a device used to test the robustness of plastics, Pottery and porcelain, acrylic, fiberglass and other materials and Coatings. It freely drops the impact sample from the adjustable height by the specified weight of the steel ball, and judges the product mass according to the degree of damage. It meets the JIS-K6745 and A5430 test standards and is well received by manufacturers.
Features
1. The drop height of the ball can be adjusted from 0 to 2000mm to meet different test requirements.
2. DC Electromagnetic Control mode, accurate ball control.
3. Provide a variety of standard steel ball weights (55G, 64G, 110G, 255G, 535G), with a wide range of tests.
4. Compact structure, Dimension about 50 * 50 * 220cm, weight about 15kg, easy to place.
Principle
The working principle of this machine is to lift and fix the steel ball with the specified weight at the preset height through the DC electromagnetic device. After release, the steel ball falls freely under the action of gravity and impacts the sample vertically below. By observing and evaluating the degree of damage to the sample after impact, it is possible to quantitatively or qualitatively judge the anti-Impact performance of the material or the adhesion of the coating and other firmness indicators.
Applications
Plastics, Pottery and porcelain, acrylic, fiberglass and other materials and Coatings
Standards
JIS-K6745、A5430
Steps
1. Place the device on a stable bench and connect it to a 220V and 50HZ power supply.
2. Select the appropriate weight of the steel ball according to the test standard and install it on the electromagnetic chuck device.
3. Place the sample to be tested flat in the center of the Impact table.
4. Through the height ruler and adjustment device, set the electromagnetic chuck (and steel ball) to the specified drop height (within the range of 0-2000mm).
5. Start the device and release the steel ball through the electromagnetic chuck through the Control Unit, and the steel ball falls freely on the Impact sample.
6. Take out the impacted sample, observe the surface damage, crazing, flaking, etc., and record the results.
7. Turn off the power, clean the test area, and prepare for the next test.
Notice
Equipment must be placed on a stable, level surface and grounded securely to prevent dumping or leakage.
• Before turning on the power supply, please confirm that the power supply specifications are 220V and 50HZ to avoid damage to the equipment due to voltage discrepancies.
• When selecting the weight of the steel ball and setting the drop height, it is necessary to strictly abide by the relevant product testing standards (such as JIS-K6745, A5430).
Before releasing the ball, ensure that there are no unrelated objects under the impact area and that no part of the tester's body is in the fall path of the ball.
• During the test, avoid touching the electromagnetic chuck and moving parts to prevent pinching.
• Regularly check the surface of the steel ball for serious abrasion or deformation, and whether the electromagnetic suction cup adsorption is reliable to ensure the accuracy and safety of the test.
When the equipment is not in use, the power supply should be cut off and the steel balls and other accessories should be kept properly.
