Overview
AISRY ASR-5645 Mobile Soft Pressure Testing Machine is a special test equipment used to evaluate the Reliability of mobile phone products. It squeezes the product through high elastic rubber and denim, simulates the scene of the product under a certain pressure during use, sets the extrusion time, the rise stop time and the total number of squeezes for up and down cycle testing. After the test is completed, the performance of the whole mobile phone can be checked.

Principle
The device periodically squeezes the tested mobile phone product through the cylinder-driven indenter (high elastic rubber and denim components). The user can preset the extrusion pressure, extrusion time, rising stop time and the total number of tests. The device performs up and down cycle extrusion tests according to the set parameters to simulate the working conditions of the product under pressure in the real use environment. After the test, the performance of the whole mobile phone can be evaluated.

Steps
1. Place the mobile phone under test at the test station.
2. Set the required extrusion pressure, extrusion time, rise stop time and total number of tests through the button operating system.
3. Start the equipment and start the automatic cyclic extrusion test.
4. After the test reaches the set number of times, it will automatically stop.
5. Take out the phone and check its performance.

• The working power supply of the device is AC220V/50Hz, please ensure that the power supply matches.
• Please confirm that the test parameters are set correctly before operation.
• Do not touch moving parts while the device is running.
• Regularly check the status of the cylinder and indenter to ensure the accuracy of the test.
