AISRY ASR-1050A single drum drop tester is a test equipment specially designed for small electronic consumer products, suitable for mobile phones, PDAs, electronic dictionaries, CDs, MP3, MP4, MP5 and other products to carry out continuous rotary drop tests to evaluate its drop resistance performance.

Principle
Through the continuous rotary movement of the drum, the test sample placed in it is repeatedly dropped from the set height (up to 1000mm) to the inner wall or bottom of the drum, simulating the product may suffer during use or transportation, Repeability Drop Impact, so as to inspect its structural strength and durability.

Steps
Place the device on a stable bench and connect it to an AC 220V power supply.
2. Turn on the power switch of the device.
3. According to the test standards or requirements, set the required number of drops (1-999999) on the control panel.
4. Adjust the test speed knob to the desired value (5-20 times/minute).
5. Place the sample to be tested (total weight not exceeding 5 kg) into the drum.
6. Start the equipment and start the continuous rotary dropping test.
7. When the counter reaches the preset value, the device automatically stops.
8. Take out the sample and check whether its Appearance and function are damaged.
9. Power off the device.
Notice
• Please ensure that the equipment is placed on a stable, sturdy countertop and grounded reliably.
• Before testing, please confirm that the total weight of the sample does not exceed the rated load of 5kg.
• When the equipment is running, do not put your hands or Miscellaneous objects into the inside of the drum.
• Regularly check whether the components of the equipment are tight and whether the lubrication of the moving parts is good.
• Non-professional personnel should not disassemble or modify the internal electrical and mechanical structures of the equipment.
Before cleaning the equipment, be sure to disconnect the power supply.
This machine is designed for testing specified small consumer electronics products. Do not use it for Miscellaneous purposes.
