AISRY ASR-1050B double drum drop tester is a test equipment designed for small electronic consumer products, suitable for mobile phones, PDAs, electronic dictionaries, CD, MP3, MP4, MP5 and other products to continuously return drop test to evaluate its durability.

Principle
Through the continuous rotary movement of the two rollers, the test sample placed in it is repeatedly dropped from the set height to the inner wall or bottom of the drum, simulating the repeability Impact and drop environment that the product may suffer during use or transportation, so as to inspect the anti-drop performance of the product.

Steps
Connect the AC 380V power supply and start the device.
2. Put the product to be tested into the drum.
3. According to the test requirements, set the required drop height (500 + 500mm or 500 + 1000mm).
4. Set the rotation speed (5-20 times/minute).
5. Set the predetermined number of drop tests (1-999999) on the counter.
6. Start the test program, and the device starts to automatically perform continuous rotary dropping test.
7. After reaching the set number of times, the device automatically stops and the sample is taken out for inspection.
Notice
Equipment requires AC 380V power supply, please ensure that the power supply meets the requirements.
• Please confirm that the test load does not exceed 5kg before testing.
• Please ensure that it is suitable for testing in a 350mm wide drum according to the size of the product under test.
When setting test parameters (height, speed, frequency), relevant test standards must be met.
• Do not put your hands or Miscellaneous items into the drum during the operation of the equipment.
• Regularly check the equipment fixation and operating status to ensure test safety.
