Overview
AISRY ASR-3004 Light Source Color Assessment Cabinet is a professional equipment for color evaluation. It is equipped with five common Standard light sources: D65, TL84, CWF, F, and UV. The device does not need to be preheated or flicker, and can quickly and reliably evaluate Color. It is compact and easy to use.
Features
1. Display the usage time and total time of each light source.
2. The light source is automatically switched, with the same color spectrum function.
3. No preheating required, no flashing, ensuring fast and reliable evaluation of Color.
4. Low energy consumption, no heat (no heat dissipation required), high luminous efficiency.
5. Equipped with British and American standard light sources.
6. Small size, easy to use, most customers use.
Principle
The Color Assessment Cabinet provides a stable and uniform lighting environment in a closed box by building a variety of Standard light source tubes (such as D65 simulated daylight, TL84 store light source, etc.). Users put the sample to be tested and the standard sample into the box, and observe the performance of Color under different lighting conditions by automatically or manually switching different light sources, so as to accurately evaluate Color matching and homochromatic heterochromic effect.
Applications
Spinning & weaving Printing and dyeing, Coating inks, Plastic products, Printing Encasement, Automotive interiors, Furniture and building materials, Cosmetics, Electronic product shells, Toys, Footwear, Leather products, Food Encasement, Pharmaceutical Encasement, Jewelry, Pottery and porcelain products, Metal surface preparation, paper
Standards
D65 international standard artificial daylight, TL84 European/Japanese/Chinese store light source standard, CWF American cold white store light source standard, F family hotel light standard, UV light source standard, A American window spotlight standard, TL83 American warm white store light source standard
Steps
1. Put the sample to be tested and the standard sample into the Color Assessment Cabinet.
2. Turn on the Color Assessment Cabinet power supply.
3. Select the required light source (e.g. D65, TL84, etc.) through the control panel.
4. Color of the sample is observed and compared at the selected light source.
5. Different light sources can be switched to check for heterochromatic effects.
6. After use, turn off the power.
Notice
* Do not use this equipment in a humid or dusty environment.
* Avoid violent shaking or hitting the Color Assessment Cabinet.
* Regularly clean the inner wall of the box to keep the environment clean.
When replacing a lamp, use the designated spare lamp and ensure that the power is turned off.
When observing Colors, it is recommended to use a 45-degree standard stand for the best viewing angle.
Do not look directly at UV light sources for long periods of time.
When the device is not in use, it is recommended to turn off the power supply to prolong the life of the lamp.
