Overview
This machine is an AISRY brand ASR-5644 click scribe life test machine, which is suitable for click scribe test on various mobile phone touch screens. By configuring different load weights such as 500g, 200g, 100g, 50g, 25g, 10g, etc., use a stylus or a rubber probe of the same material to perform click or scribe actions on the touch screen to evaluate its durability after a certain number of tests.
Features
1. Adopt a multi-functional clamping method to ensure accurate and effective testing.
2. Equipped with LED digital display setting counter (optional LCD touch screen control), it can be visually set and displayed the actual test number, with a range of 0-99999999 times.
3. Intuitive control and simple operation.
Principle
Driven by a motor, the test head (stylus or rubber probe) installed with a specific load weight is clicked or scribed on the surface of the touch screen of the mobile phone. By setting the number of tests and speed (0~ 80 times/minute), long-term use scenarios are simulated to test and evaluate the abrasion resistance and service life of the touch screen.
Applications
Mobile phone touch screen
Steps
1. According to the test requirements, select the appropriate load weight (such as 500g, 200g, etc.) to install on the test head.
2. Use a multi-function fixture to firmly hold the touchscreen sample of the mobile phone to be tested.
3. Set the required number of tests through an LED digital counter or touchscreen controller.
4. Set the test speed (0 to 80 times/minute).
5. Start the device, and the test head starts to click or scribe the test on the touch screen.
6. After the test reaches the set number of times, it will automatically stop to observe and evaluate the durability of the touchscreen.
Notice
* Make sure the Power supply voltage of the device meets the requirements (1, 220V, 5A or specified).
Please confirm that the sample has been firmly clamped by the fixture before operation to prevent displacement during testing.
* Select the appropriate load weight according to the test criteria to avoid overload damage to the sample.
Regularly check the operating status of the equipment and the abrasion of the test head.
Non-professional personnel should not disassemble or modify the equipment.
