Overview
AISRY ASR-5619C touch screen plug-in force tester is a device used for plug-in and unplug test of various connectors. It has functions such as setting the number of times, adjusting the speed stroke, and displaying the speed value. It can display the continuous change value and peak value of the plug-in force, and has the characteristics of high cost performance.

Principle
The testing machine is driven by a motor to repeatedly plug and unplug the connector at a set speed and stroke. The precision Sensor detects the insertion force in real time and transmits the data (including continuous changes and peaks) to the external LCD for processing and display.

Steps
1. Set the number of tests

3. Start testing, the device runs automatically and records data
