AISRY ASR-1024 servo control computer system Universal Testing Machine is a device suitable for multi-industry material physical performance testing. It adopts a fully digital AC servo control system and a high-rigidity machine structure, with stable and reliable performance, high measurement accuracy, powerful test software and easy operation.

Principle
The Universal Testing Machine drives the High Accuracy ball screw through an all-digital AC servo motor, drives the beam to move, and applies forces such as stretching, compression, and bending to the specimen installed on the fixture. The system uses the High Accuracy Sensor to measure the force value and deformation in real time, and the computer control system performs data collection, processing, and analysis, and finally outputs the test results.

Before use, please familiarize yourself with the safety devices of the equipment, including the upper and lower limit protection switches.
• Do not exceed the maximum force value set by the system to prevent damage to the Sensor.
• Note that there is an emergency stop switch on the right side of the base to prepare for emergencies.
• Please select the appropriate fixture and force capacity according to the test requirements.
The operating speed range of the equipment can be arbitrarily set, with a range of 1 to 500mm/min.
