LS171 Portable chroma meter is a new color measurement and color difference comparison tool. The instrument conforms to international CIE relevant standards and GB standards, adopts D/8 Optical inspection structure, and is equipped with High Accuracy Sensor, which has good measurement conformity and Repeatability. With mobile app, accurate Color measurement and quality control can be realized, and the collected sample Color can be restored for color difference comparison. Principle
The instrument adopts a D/8 (diffuse illumination, 8 ° observation) Optical inspection structure, and uses a full light spectrum LED Illuminant to illuminate the sample. After the ray of light enters the integrating sphere, the Light spectrum data of the reflected light is received and analyzed by a CIE-compliant High Accuracy Sensor. Through an internal algorithm, the Light spectrum data is converted into values in multiple Color Spaces, and compared with the Standard value to calculate the color difference value, so as to achieve accurate Color measurement and color difference analysis.

Steps
1. Turn it on and ensure that the instrument has sufficient power.
2. Select the desired Measurement mode (such as Color capture or color difference comparison) through the instrument button or mobile app.
3. The instrument measurement port (φ 8mm) close to the surface of the sample to be tested.
4. Press the measurement button for measurement and read the result after about 1 second.
5. Color restoration, color difference data can be viewed on the APP, or Color Chart matching, Data storage and sharing.
6. Shut down after use.
Notice
* When measuring, ensure that the measurement port is closely attached to the surface of the sample to avoid light leakage affecting the results.
* Please use the instrument in the operating environment (0~ 45 ℃, 0~ 85% RH, no condensation).
* When not in use for a long time, please store according to the storage environment (-25~ 55 ℃, 0~ 85% RH, no condensation).
Avoid severe impact or falling of the instrument.
* Regularly charge the built-in lithium battery via the USB (Type-C) port for optimal performance.
* The instrument has a built-in compensating light path and does not require frequent calibrating, but it is recommended to periodically verify accuracy based on usage.
