Principle
Automatic Film Applicator controls the speed of the Spreader and the pressure applied to the film applicator to achieve accurate Spreader wet-film on different substrates. Bar or Blade Coating is used to ensure coating conformity and uniformity, avoiding differences caused by manual operation.

Steps
1. Prepare the substrate and fix it to the mechanical fixture
2. Select the coating method (bar or drawdown blade) and set the parameters
3. Set coating speed and Travel via Touchscreen
4. Start the Device for Auto Spreader
5. Remove the sample after completing the Spreader
