Principle
Automatic Film Applicator achieves uniform Spreader by precisely controlling the speed of the Spreader and the steady pressure applied to the film applicator. Blade Coating is used to precisely film on a Vacuum chuck-fixed substrate to ensure the conformity and reproducibility of the Spreader.

Steps
1. Prepare substrate and place on Vacuum chuck board
2. Set Spreader parameters (Speed, Travel, etc.) through Touchscreen
3. Start the Device for Auto Spreader
4. Remove the sample after completing the Spreader
