The TBJ-A bar Lab Film Applicator is a newly upgraded product. It is carefully designed for Spreader accurate wet-film on different substrates, and can repeatedly and continuously prepare smooth, flat and flawless test samples. After the device was put into the market, it was favored by many familiar companies, R & D institutions and Universities & colleges.

Principle
Spreader wet-film on different substrates by bar coating method, Vacuum chuck fixed substrate, precise control of coating speed and Travel through Touchscreen, to achieve repeated, continuous and smooth and flat test samples.

Steps
1. Prepare substrate and place in Vacuum chuck area
2. Choose the right bar model according to your needs
3. Set coating speed and Travel parameters via Touchscreen
4. Start the device for Spreader operation
5. Remove the sample after completing the Spreader
Notice
• Make sure the power supply of the device is 220V 50Hz before use
• Spreader thickness should be determined according to the bar model
• Silicone pads and weight accessories can be used when the thickness of the substrate is uneven
• Customized functions need to be confirmed in advance
• Note that the total power consumption of the device is 2060W
• Keep the work area clean and drying
