Principle
The Automatic Film Applicator achieves accurate Spreader by controlling the speed of the Spreader and the steady pressure applied to the film applicator. The device uses Blade Coating, a mechanical fixture to fix the substrate, a stepless transmission system to adjust the coating speed, and an aluminum Platen Heating system to ensure a uniform wet-film Spreader on different substrates.

Steps
