TBJ-B4 Automatic Film Applicator is a small Spreader test equipment for experiments. It uses imported accessories to ensure the uniformity and smoothness of Spreader coating by controlling speed and stable pressure. The equipment is specially designed for Spreader accurate wet-film on different substrates, which significantly improves film reproducibility. Principle
The Automatic Film Applicator guarantees the Spreader effect by controlling the Spreader speed and the steady pressure applied to the film applicator. The device uses a mechanical fixture to fix the substrate. Spreader produces uniform and accurate wet-film coatings on different substrates by precisely controlling the Spreader Travel and rate, and cooperating with the heating system.

Steps
1. Prepare the Spreader substrate and fix it on the mechanical fixture
2. Choose the bar or Blade Coating method according to your needs
3. Set Spreader parameters (Speed, Pressure, Travel, etc.) through Touchscreen
4. If heating is required, set the heating temperature
5. Start the Device for Auto Spreader
6. Remove the sample after completing the Spreader

• The power supply of the device is 220V 50HZ, make sure the power supply matches
• Spreader thickness range should be determined according to the selected coating method
• Heating temperature must not exceed 180 ° C
• The substrate should be firmly fixed to avoid displacement during the Spreader process

• The coating speed of less than 5mm/s needs to be customized
