Overview
LABO 19041-5 Compressive tester is used to test the compressire strength of cartons and Miscellaneous Encasement containers, and transportation Encasement parts. The equipment meets the three functional requirements of compression test, fixed value test and stacking test. It can automatically record the maximum pressure value and compression deformation. It has data display, storage, statistical analysis and report printing functions.
Features
Using High Accuracy Force Sensor, Precision Control is < 0.5%, better than ISO standard +/- 1%.
2. Fully automatic test completion, with data display, memory storage, analysis and statistics and printing functions, easy to operate.
3. Test speed and return speed can be preset, and the position of the upper pressure plate can be adjusted freely, and the test is fast and effective.
4. The Force Sensor is located above, which is convenient for users or third parties to calibrate Indication Errors.
5. Multiple Safety protection measures: Measurement and control system pressure value overload protection, power-off automatic locking transmission protection, Sensor pressure value automatic reset to zero display, test completion automatic return to the initial position.
Principle
Place the specimen in the center between the upper and lower platens of the testing machine and test according to the selected test method. Compression test pressurize at a set speed until the sample crumbles; constant test pressurize to a predetermined load or displacement value; stacking test Apply a predetermined load until the sample is damaged or reaches a predetermined time.
Applications
Carton Test, Encasement Container Test, Transport Encasement Test
Standards
GB/T6543、GB/T4857.4、ISO2872、ISO2874
Steps
1. Place the specimen in the center between the upper and lower plates of the testing machine.
2. Select one of the test methods: compression test, fixed value test or stacking test.
3. Set the corresponding parameters (Test speed, load value, displacement value or time) according to the selected method.
4. Start the test, and the equipment automatically completes the test and records the data.
Notice
• It is not recommended to compare results at Miscellaneous speeds such as 12.5mm/min +/- 12.5mm/min with 10mm/min +/- 3mm/min.
• For some Encasements (e.g. metal drums and wooden cases), it may be necessary to use a lower speed to prevent the maximum load from exceeding a predetermined value.
