Overview
LABO 19041-8 Compressive tester is used to test the compressire strength of cartons, Miscellaneous Encasement containers, and transportation Encasement parts. The equipment meets the three functional requirements of compression test, fixed value test and stacking test. It can automatically record the maximum pressure value and compression deformation, and provide test data display, memory storage, statistical analysis processing and test report printing functions.
Features
High Accuracy Force Sensor, Factory Precision Control < 0.5%, better than ISO +/- 1%.
2. Fully automated test, with data display, memory storage, analysis, statistical processing and printing functions, easy to operate.
3. Test speed and return speed can be preset, and the position of the upper pressure plate can be adjusted freely, which makes the test faster and more effective.
4. The Force Sensor is located above and connected to the upper pressure plate, which is convenient for users or third parties to calibrate Indication Errors.
5. Safety protection measures include: measurement and control system pressure value overload protection, power-off automatic locking transmission protection, Sensor pressure value automatic reset to zero display, test completion automatic return to the initial position.
Principle
Place the specimen in the center between the upper and lower platens of the testing machine, and then select the compression test, fixed value test or stacking test method for testing. The compression test sets the Test speed to press until the sample crumbles; the fixed value test sets the load value or displacement value to press to the predetermined value; the stacking test sets the predetermined load and time, and applies the load until the sample is damaged or the predetermined time.
Applications
Cartons, Encasement Containers, Transport Encasement Parts
Standards
GB/T6543、GB/T4857.4、ISO2872、ISO2874
Steps
1. Place the specimen in the center between the upper and lower plates of the testing machine.
2. Select one of the test methods: compression test, fixed value test or stacking test.
3. Set the corresponding parameters (such as Test speed, load value, displacement value or time) according to the selected method.
4. Start the test, and the equipment automatically pressurizes and records data.
5. After the test is completed, the device automatically returns to its original position.
Notice
- It is not recommended to compare results obtained at Miscellaneous speeds such as 12.5mm/min +/- 12.5mm/min with 10mm/min +/- 3mm/min.
- For some Encasement parts, such as metal drums and wooden cases, it may be necessary to use a lower speed to prevent the maximum load from exceeding the predetermined load value.
