Overview
LABO 19041-10 Compressive tester is used to test the compressire strength of cartons and other Encasement containers, and transport Encasement parts. The equipment meets the three functional requirements of compressive test, fixed value test and stacking test. It can automatically record the maximum pressure value and compressive deformation. It has data display, storage, statistical analysis and printing functions.
Features
Using High Accuracy Force Sensor, Precision Control is < 0.5%, better than ISO standard +/- 1%.
2. Fully automated testing, easy to operate, with data display, memory storage, analysis, statistical processing, and printing capabilities.
3. Test speed and return speed can be preset, and the position of the upper pressure plate can be adjusted freely, and the test is fast and effective.
4. The Force Sensor is located above and connected to the upper pressure plate, which is convenient for users or third parties to calibrate Indication Errors.
5. Safety protection measures include overload protection of pressure value of measurement and control system, automatic locking transmission device protection after power failure, automatic reset of Sensor pressure value to zero display, and automatic return to the initial position after the test is completed.
Principle
Place the specimen in the center between the upper and lower platens of the testing machine, and then select the compression test, fixed value test or stacking test method for testing. The compression test sets the Test speed to press until the sample crumbles; the fixed value test sets the load or displacement value to press to a predetermined value; the stacking test sets the load and time, and applies the load until the sample is damaged or reaches a predetermined time.
Applications
Cartons, Encasement Containers, Transport Encasement Parts
Standards
GB/T6543、GB/T4857.4、ISO2872、ISO2874
Steps
1. Place the specimen in the center between the upper and lower plates of the testing machine.
2. Select the compression test, fixed value test or stacking test method.
3. Compression test: Set the Test speed, pressurize at a predetermined speed until the sample crumbles.
4. Fixed value test: Set the load value or displacement value and pressurize it to a predetermined value.
5. Stacking test: Set a predetermined load and time, and apply a predetermined load until the sample is damaged or continues for a predetermined time.
Notice
• It is not recommended to compare results at Miscellaneous speeds such as 12.5mm/min +/- 12.5mm/min with 10mm/min +/- 3mm/min.
• For some Encasement parts, such as metal drums and wooden cases, it may be necessary to use a lower speed to prevent the maximum load from exceeding the predetermined load value.
