Overview
The 17071 Stiffness meter is used to test the anti-bending performance of materials and can measure the resilience performance index of materials. The instrument is easy to operate and can automatically clamp the sample and rotate the sample clip to bend to the set angle, while recording the force value (unit mN, g) and calculating the bending stiffness (unit mN · m). After the test is completed, it automatically returns to the initial position to prepare for the next test. This instrument can be used to test the crease force and bending stiffness.
Features
1. Imported High Accuracy Force Sensor, Precision Control < 0.5%.
2. The bending length is adjustable from 1 to 50mm, and the angle from 0 to 90 ° can be set arbitrarily, making the test faster and more accurate.
3. Equipped with 8-inch touch screen Chinese display, user-friendly interface.
4. Automatic clamping of the sample (photoelectric induction, pneumatic clamping), fully automated testing.
5. With test data statistical processing function, the test report can be printed and output, and the measurement average, MAX Maximum, MIN Minimum and each test value can be displayed.
6. The instrument is equipped with a calibrating program to facilitate the use of standard weight or force measuring devices for indication Precision calibrating.
Principle
The instrument automatically clamps the specimen by pneumatic and photoelectric induction. After clamping, the specimen holder rotates automatically to bend the specimen to a preset angle (such as 15 ° or 90 °), and the force value is recorded in the process. Based on the recorded force value and bending parameters, the instrument calculates and outputs the bending stiffness or crease force index of the material. After the test is completed, the specimen holder automatically returns to the initial Measuring location.
Applications
Material bending performance test, resilience performance index measurement
Standards
GBT23144-2008、ISO2493、ISO5628、TAPPIT556、DIN53121、SCAN P29、BS6965、BS3748
Steps
1. Use sampling equipment to cut the sample evenly from the sample.
2. Clip one end of the specimen in the specimen holder.
3. Set the bending angle (e.g. 15 ° for bending stiffness, 90 ° for crease force) and Miscellaneous parameters.
4. Start the test, and the instrument automatically bends the sample and records the force value.
5. For the bending stiffness test, 10 valid data were measured on the front and back sides; for the crease force test, the force value was recorded after bending at a 90 ° angle and staying for 15 seconds.
6. View and process test data, and print reports.
