The BZ-TR-24H intelligent environmentally friendly soil sample drying oven is a professional equipment with air filtrating adsorption technology, independent sample room temperature control, unified exhaust gas recovery and purification functions. It realizes fast air drying by simulating indoor air flow, while ensuring that the exhaust gas after treatment meets environmental requirements and does not affect the laboratory environment.

Principle
The drying oven uses air disturbance technology to simulate indoor air flow, and accelerates air circulation through a built-in purification device. The air enters the sample chamber after filtrating adsorption treatment, and the independent heating module realizes thermostatic control. The exhaust gas generated by the sample air drying is collected uniformly, and then purified by filtrating adsorption and discharged to the outside through pipelines to ensure environmental protection.

Steps
1. Place the device in a suitable location and connect it to the power supply.
2. Select and place samples on the sample chamber tray as required.
3. Set the temperature parameters of each sample chamber through the control panel.
4. Start the equipment, the air purification device starts to work, and the sample chamber is independently heated.
5. Monitor the sample status through a transparent observation room until drying is complete.
6. Turn off the equipment, remove the sample, and perform cleaning and maintenance.
Notice
• Power supply voltage is 220V, 50Hz to avoid overload.
• Ambient Temperature should be maintained at 20~ 40 ℃, Humidity 10%~ 80%.
• Avoid overloading when placing samples. Maximum capacity of a single sample chamber is 2-3 kg.
• Regularly check the air filtrating and adsorption device to ensure the purification effect.
• Use the bottom scroll wheel when moving the device to avoid violent vibration.
• Use appropriate tools when cleaning the sample chamber to keep the stainless steel surface clean.
• Pay attention to observe exhaust emissions during operation to ensure that the pipeline connection is firm.
