Principle
The device drives the dispersion shaft swirl/spin through a three-phase asynchronous motor, the dispersion disc shears, Impacts and disperses the powder material during the high-speed swirl/spin process, the frequency converter realizes stepless speed control Rotation speed, and the handwheel chain lifting mechanism can adjust the height of the dispersion disc to achieve efficient dispersion stirring effect.

Steps
1. Select the appropriate dispersion disc according to the material characteristics
2. Install the dispersion disc to the dispersion shaft through the hexagon screw
3. Put the Material into the Mixing Tank
4. Adjust the height of the dispersion disc through the handwheel chain lifting mechanism
5. Set the appropriate Rotation speed parameters
6. Start the equipment for dispersion mixing operation
7. Turn off the power after completing the work and clean the equipment
