Overview
The AISRY ASR-150 Non-yellowing test chamber is a test equipment used to simulate the ultraviolet radiation and heat of sunlight. After the sample is irradiated with ultraviolet rays and temperature in the machine, its yellowing resistance can be observed, and the yellowing level can be determined by the reference of the stain gray mark. The test time can be set according to the protocol. The equipment is fully equipped and can be used as a basic yellowing resistance test, and can also be used as an aging testing machine and an oven to achieve multi-purpose use.
Features
1. One machine is multi-purpose, with yellowing resistance test, aging test and oven function.
2. Use a yellowing-resistant bulb (300W * 1) as the light source.
3. Equipped with a swirl/spin turntable (φ 450mm) with a speed of 10 +/- 2rpm to ensure that the sample is uniformly illuminated.

5. Equipped with 1-999 minutes timer and digital display temperature controller, easy to operate.
6. Provide a test volume of 225L (inner box size 600 * 500 * 750mm).
Principle
The device simulates ultraviolet radiation through a built-in yellowing-resistant light bulb, and performs accelerated aging testing on the specimen in combination with a controlled temperature environment (RT + 10~ 70 ° C). The specimen is placed on a swirl/spin turntable. Under the combined action of ultraviolet radiation and temperature, after a set time, its material properties change, and its yellowing grade is assessed by observing or comparing the stained gray scale.

Steps
1. Place the sample in the test chamber.
2. Set the required test temperature and time.
3. Start the equipment and start UV irradiation and heating.
4. After the test is completed, remove the sample.
5. Observe the change of the sample, or use the stained gray label to compare and determine the yellowing grade.
Notice
The testing time shall be determined according to the relevant protocol.
• Power supply voltage of the equipment is 220V, please make sure the power supply matches.
• Please pay attention to the equipment Temperature range (RT + 10~ 70 ℃) and uniformity (+/- 3 ℃) when operating.
• Regularly check the working status of the light source (yellowing resistant bulb) and swirling/spinning mechanism.
• Do not perform internal operations while the equipment is running to prevent burns or UV damage.
