Overview
FCM2000W Computerized Metallurgical Microscopy is a three-eye inverted Metallurgical Microscopy, which is mainly used to identify and analyze the microstructure of various metals and alloys. The Microscope is an effective tool for mass identification of castings, raw material inspection, metallographic structure analysis after material treatment, and surface lame plating. It is widely used in microscopic research in steel, non-ferrous metals, castings, platings and other industrial fields.
Features
1. It adopts coarse fine-tuning coaxial focusing mechanism with bottom hand position, which can be adjusted on both left and right sides, with high fine-tuning accuracy and easy operation.
2. Equipped with a 180 × 155mm large-size three-layer mechanical mobile platform, set in the right hand position, in line with conventional operating habits.
3. Adopt an epiphany Cora illumination system with a variable aperture diaphragm and a center-adjustable field diaphragm.
4. Lighting using adaptive wide voltage (100V-240V) 5W high luminance, long life LED Illuminant, Light intensity continuously adjustable.
5. Offer a variety of options, including eyepieces, objectives, converters, lighting systems, and computer analysis systems, to meet different needs.
Principle
The microscope uses a limited-distance color difference Optical inspection system. The ray of light is irradiated to the surface of the sample through the drop-type Cora illumination system, and the reflected light enters the trinocular observation tube through the objective lens and converter. Part of the light path leads to the eyepiece for human eye observation, and the other part of the light path leads to the camera device through the beam splitter, and the image is transmitted to the computer, which is processed and analyzed by the metallographic analysis software.
Applications
Metallographic analysis of metal materials, alloy microstructure identification, casting mass identification, raw material inspection, microstructure analysis after heat treatment, surface lame plating research, petrographic analysis, ceramic and compound microscopic research
