The device ensures the uniformity and smoothness of the Spreader coating by precisely controlling the speed and stable pressure of the Spreader, solves the problem of artificial film inconsistency, and significantly improves the film reproducibility.

Principle
Automatic Film Applicator achieves accurate Spreader by controlling the speed of the Spreader and the steady pressure applied to the film applicator. The device uses Vacuum chuck to fix the substrate, and the Spreader operation is carried out within the set Travel Range through a precision drawdown blade to ensure precise control of the thickness and uniformity of the Spreader.

Steps
1. Spreader substrate and place in Vacuum chuck area
2. Set Spreader parameters (Speed, Travel, etc.) through Touchscreen
3. Start the Device for Auto Spreader
4. Remove the sample after completing the Spreader
