Overview
BJ-X Computerized Portable Metallurgical Microscopy is a field inspection equipment with vertical illumination Illuminant, which can directly perform metallographic analysis on large workpieces without cutting sampling, ensuring the integrity of the workpiece. It is suitable for on-site identification of various metals and alloys. It is widely used in mass identification of castings, raw material inspection and research and analysis of metallographic structure after material treatment.
Features
1. The magnetic base can be directly adsorbed on the workpiece for on-site metallographic inspection, and the gear-type XY axis moving platform ensures that the lateral does not stroke by itself.
2. The lighting system uses 6V3W LED lamps, which are powered by rechargeable lithium batteries, making it easy to use on site.
3. Optical inspection system with limited distance color difference correction to provide clear imagery mass.
4. Optional eyepieces, long-distance flat-field color difference objective lenses, computers, sanding tools and other rich accessories to meet diverse testing needs.
Principle
The Microscope uses a limited-distance color difference correction Optical inspection system. Illuminant illumination is used to illuminate the surface of the workpiece. The rays of light are amplified by the objective lens and eyepiece to form a metallographic image for observation. Users can directly observe the sanding area of the workpiece, and use magnetic base fixing equipment to realize on-site nondestructive detection.

Steps
1. Microscope is fixed on the large workpiece to be tested by magnetic base adsorption.
2. The workpiece to be inspected area for sanding, polishing treatment.
3. Turn on the LED Illuminant.
4. Observe the metallographic tissue through an eyepiece or a camera device connected to a computer.
5. Use the XY axis to move the platform to adjust the viewing area.
