Overview
FL7000W computer-based Metallurgical Microscopy is a trinocular upright type Metallurgical Microscopy, suitable for microscopic observation of opaque objects. The instrument is equipped with an epiphany illuminator, a long-range flat-field color difference-cancelling objective, a large-field eyepiece and a built-in polarized light observation device. It has the characteristics of clear image, good contrast and easy operation. It is an ideal instrument for research in metallurgy, mineralogy, precision engineering, electronics, etc. It is suitable for use in schools, scientific research, factories and other departments.
Features
1. Trinocular observation cylinder, adjustable single visibility, 30 ° tilt of the lens cylinder, can be connected to the camera device.
2. Double-decked mechanical stage, size 185 * 140mm, movement range 75mm * 50mm, easy to operate and comfortable.
3. The falling illumination system adopts 6V20W halogen lamp with adjustable luminance, built-in field of view diaphragm, color filter conversion device (yellow, green, blue, frosted Glass) and push-pull polarizer.
4. Optical inspection system with limited distance color difference correction to ensure imagery mass.
5. Coarse fretting coaxial focusing system, fretting grid value of 2μm, with locking and limit device.
Principle
The microscope is based on a limited distance color difference correction Optical inspection system. The rays of light emitted by the epiphany illuminator are irradiated on the surface of the opaque sample. After the reflected light is amplified by the objective lens (long-range flat-field color difference elimination objective), it enters the eyepiece or camera through the observation tube to form an enlarged positive image. The built-in polarizer can be used for specific observation needs.
Applications
Metallurgy, Mineralogy, Precision Engineering, Electronics, School Teaching, Research Institutions, Factory Quality control
Standards
The data did not mention specific compliance criteria.
Steps
1. Turn on the power and adjust the lighting luminance.
2. Place the sample on the stage and hold it in place.
3. Select a low magnification objective (e.g. 5X or 10X) through a swirl/spin converter.
4. Use the coarse fretting coaxial focus knob for initial focusing.
5. Move the stage to find the target area for observation.
6. Switch to a high-power objective for fine observation and readjust the focus.
7. For polarizing observation, the built-in polarizer can be switched.
8. Connect the camera device to the computer and use metallographic analysis software for image acquisition and analysis.
Notice
• Do not touch the surface of the Optical inspection lens directly with your hands.
• When changing the objective lens or adjusting the focal length, be careful to avoid collision between the objective lens and the sample.
• After use, please turn off the power and turn the luminance to the lowest level.
• Keep the instrument clean and avoid dust and corrosion gases.
• Please operate gently when moving the stage to avoid exceeding the moving range.
• When the halogen lamp is working at a high temperature, do not touch it and ensure good heat dissipation.
